"Worst agent I have had in 30 years of needing insurance products. They are not “agents” at all. Can only sell you product. Once you have a claim - you are on your own and they are zero help. Horrible experience(s) after Houston’s May Derecho and July’s hurricane Beryl. They are only capable of transferring you to an endless, never ending downward spiral of automated circular State Farm phone system hell. If you want your agent to be there for you (like the commercial - ha!) then this agent (nor State Farm) should be your choice."

"Very Bad Service, Once Ms Thalia was gone, everyone else provides bad service, either no experience with insurance, or they just trying to make profit, instead of providing benefits, when ask another employee front desk Spanish lady , about how I want it to add my newest car, she did what she want it, and her only question was do you have life insurance, something totally, different of the service I was requesting. No I will not be back to this Agent."
